Feeding Instructions

Adult Cat (over 1 year): 3 – 6 lbs. = Amount Daily 1/2 – 2/3 cup 6 – 9 lbs. = Amount Daily 2/3 – 3/4 cup 9 – 15 lbs. = Amount Daily 3/4 – 1 cup A single morning serving will allow your cat to nibble free choice throughout the day. The serving size should be adjusted based on your cat’s age and activity level. This product is formulated to provide complete nutrition for your adult cat while helping to maintain your cat’s urinary tract health by reducing urinary pH. You should avoid mixing this product with other types of cat food not formulated to reduce urinary pH, including 9Lives® canned cat food. Mixing may prevent 9Lives Plus Care® cat food from effectively reducing urinary pH. Additionally, this product is not recommended for pregnant or nursing cats or kittens less than one year of age. When you shop online using our website  and choose your pet supplies needed and we’ll have them ready when it’s convenient for you to swing by and pick them up, or we can deliver right to your door. It means less time shopping around and more time focusing on the safety and convenience of your family.

How it works:

When you need your pet food, you can rely on MIVA pickup & delivery for quality and value. Shop at the MIVA store online anytime and  anywhere. Here you have the option to choose what's more convenient, pickup or delivery. Make your  payment and we’ll do the shopping and sorting. Our team will handle your order.

Enjoy free same-day pickup when you order online before 3pm and arrive before 4pm. When you arrive up at the MIVA warehouse one of our team members will load your car for you in a safe contactless manner for FREE.

 Payment Options

(1) Online Payment

Payment for both delivery and pickup can be made through our website using Credit Card, Visa Or MasterCard. Our system is completely safe and secure to ensure effective payment.

(2) Curbside Payment

Payment at our warehouse upon pickup can also be  accommodated using Debit Card, Cash or Linx.

Delivery Service (Nationwide Delivery within Trinidad and Tobago ONLY $25.00.)

When you opt for delivery, you can track your order once it’s been dispatched, so you’ll know when it will arrive at your door. Orders take 2-3 business days for delivery once placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day for delivery within 2-3 business days

Delivery options are available from Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am-4pm.
Email, SMS message and WhatsApp notification will be sent prior to delivery. Customers can request our delivery service to their home or office, ensuring there is someone to collect between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Regular deliveries are not done on Public Holidays or Weekends.
