If you’re a current member and not satisfied with a purchase made online or at the warehouse, we’re happy to issue a refund in most cases or replace it with a few exceptions.

Return your item to the RevitalAIze warehouse for an immediate refund.

Call with your order number. Our member services associate will be happy to help.
ALL Pet Food must be returned to the RevitalAIze Warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. These days are limited to Monday-Saturday. The items must conform to these regulations:
- Original Packaging
- Original Receipt
Once the item/s are received, the warehouse will begin inspection and the customer will be immediately notified of their request for an exchange or refund. When approved, REVITALAIZE will begin the refund process, where the customer receives either; cash refund, credit note (of exact value) or exchange of item.
Kindly note, the shipping cost will be refunded EXCEPT for cancelled orders already dispatched.
